Higher Efficiency than Old Products
This pump is developed based on the original pump. It replaces the less efficient models of the old pumps and enhances product efficiency while reducing operating costs through CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis and optimization of all its hydraulic models. The entire series complies with national certification standards for energy-saving products, making it a new type of energy-efficient water pump.
Simple Structure and Convenient Maintenance
The pump adopts an axially split casing structure as a whole, with both the suction port and discharge port located on the pump body. Maintenance does not require disassembling the inlet/outlet pipes or the prime mover. Leveraging the symmetric arrangement of the double-suction impeller, it automatically balances axial forces, resulting in a simple structure.
Advanced Sealing Methods
While retaining the simple structure of the original pump, improvements have been made to the product structure design to address operational issues of the old series, thereby enhancing the operational reliability of the product:
The pump's shaft seal features a generalized design, allowing users to adopt different shaft seals according to actual needs and enabling extremely simple and direct replacement to meet the requirements of a wide range of application environments.
The shaft sleeve uses a radially inserted O-ring seal and is equipped with an end seal sleeve, which greatly improves the sealing reliability of the shaft sleeve, prevents the conveyed medium from entering the bearings (which could cause damage to the entire machine), and ensures easy installation.
Anti-Reverse Rotation Structure
An anti-reverse rotation fixing nut is adopted, allowing the pump to reverse rotation for a short time. This solves the quality accidents most frequently caused by reverse rotation in the old series pump.
