Equipment Warranty

We provide warranty services. During the warranty period, if any component of the equipment is damaged naturally, our company will be responsible for free replacement. For faults caused by other reasons not covered by the warranty, Party B shall be responsible for maintenance, and the maintenance costs shall be borne by Party A. Beyond the warranty period, our company provides paid lifetime maintenance services to all our customers.

Technical Training

We provide customers with free operation and maintenance training for our equipment, covering technologies such as installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair. This ensures that operation and maintenance engineers achieve proficient operation skills and gain the ability to handle common faults.
